UBC Mathematics: MathNet FAQ [Maple Site License]
UBC Mathematics: MathNet FAQ [Maple Site License]
Question: Do you have a site license for Maple?
Author: Joseph Tam
Date: Jun 15, 2017
As of 2011, UBC IT has taken over procurement, licensing and
distribution of this Maple. We retain a copy of the latest version which
we can distribute locally to qualified users via our Nextcloud service.
Please contact the IT staff who can supply a downloadable link to the
installation kit.
More information about Maple itself is available on the Maplesoft site.
It also lists the supported systems that this software can be installed on.
MapleSoft Web Site
The software license stipulates it can be installed on
- University owned computers: laboratory workstations, workstations purchased
using University funds/grants, department laptops, etc.
- Faculty owned machines: either personal or office workstations.
