Fluctuation bounds for stationary polymers and interacting diffusions

I will discuss how the coupling method, pioneered by Cator-Balasz-Seppalainen for the corner growth model and TASEP, can be applied to integrable discrete and semi-discrete polymer models following Seppalainen, Seppalainen-Valko and Chaumont-Noack. I will then talk about recent extensions of this method to obtain estimates for the higher central moments and to the fluctuations of a class of stationary interacting diffusions closely related to the semi-discrete (O'Connell-Yor) polymer model.
